CandleTrace is built with data privacy as a non-negotiable core value. We recognize that your trading records, win rates, execution strategies, and financial figures are highly sensitive personal information. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your trading data.

We collect only the minimum data required to deliver our trading journal and analytics service:

• Account Credentials: Name, email address, and authentication tokens (Google OAuth or encrypted password hashes).
• Trading Log Data: Execution entries, exit prices, stop losses, position sizes, assets, trade timestamps, and strategy tag selections.
• Statement Imports: Data extracted from CSV files or broker statements uploaded by you.
• Usage Metrics: Interaction data required to run features like the Tilt Guard, execution pace tracking, and dashboard performance graphs.

Your data is processed strictly to provide you with personal insights:

• Calculating win rates, risk-to-reward ratios, and drawdown figures.
• Running real-time behavioral alerts like Tilt Guard and position size warnings.
• Organizing trades inside your personal playbook hub.
• Processing support requests initiated by you.

We employ row-level security policies, encrypted database connections (TLS/SSL), and isolated account schemas. Your trading strategies, performance numbers, and account values are visible only to you when logged into your account.

We utilize reputable third-party cloud infrastructure to host and protect our services:

• Supabase / Database Providers: Secure, encrypted storage of user data and trade logs.
• Vercel: Secure web hosting and edge routing.
• Google Auth: Secure identity verification if you choose single sign-on.

You retain complete ownership of your data at all times.

• Export: You may export your trade history to CSV format at any time from your settings.
• Account Erasure: You may request complete deletion of your account and associated trade logs at any time.
